Manning - costs too much, wont be able to put people around him
McNair - tough, but old and gets injured easily now
Leftwich - strong arm, loves to study tape, the only negative I have heard about him is he had an attitude problem when he first came up (Cryin Byron was his nickname)
Carr - Showed guts (76), born leader, gym rat

Its between Carr and Leftwich, I'll go with Carr
