They said 4-12 because teams in the NFL dont improve year after year like the Texans are. They think a team is going to go from 4-12 to the Super Bowl and back again. Carolina and Jacksonville making the playoffs in their second seasons ruined it for us because these writers just dont understand what it means to improve year after year.
