I agree.

I don't know if Kubiak is going to become an OC first or if he's going to get another HC job, but I expect him to eventually to be a successful HC. Which is going to suck but he'd worn out his message here.

Some guys on NFLN were talking and they were basically saying the same thing. The Texans players lost their hunger and Kubiak stopped being able to motivate them. Rod Smith was one of those guys and of course, he was solidly in Kubiak's corner because of their long relationship but even he thought this was a good move for everyone involved.

I just hope that McNair is able to find a coach that can come in here and correct and tweak things to turn it around instead of someone who screws it up even more or tears everything down and starts to rebuild from scratch.

I'm kinda surprised that so many people don't seem to trust McNair to tie his own shoelaces but they think he's going to find the right man to lead us forward. I hope he does but I'm not that confident about it.
