Re: Keshawn Martin
There's a group of guys on this team who are all seemingly trying like hell to tank it week in and week out and I can't for the life of me figure out what it is exactly that the Texans see in them.
KMart is worthless. I mean it. He contributes nothing. He makes Jacoby Jones look like a ****ing Pro Bowl WR and a HOF kick returner. KMart can't catch anything in a game setting and the team would be better off making him stand next to the goal post in the end zone and ordering him not to bring anything out.
Bullock is a piece of work all on his own. I've never seen a kicker last this long while covered with this thick a layer of suck. Has he even hit as many this year as he's missed?
Ed Reed is useless back there but tonight at least he was able to keep a Colts drive alive with a well placed penalty. He looks like he sells crack out of a motel room and he plays like my 70 year old mom now. Can we just send him home and pretend it never happened?
Sharpton? Worthless. This guy we picked up who played for the Ravens better have a pulse because we need someone better than Sharpton. Darryl gets owned every single drive at least once.
Our defense is screwed up but we knew that. It's hard to get upset when they can't hold an excellent offense like the Colts down. Without Cushing they're a shadow of the defense they are when he's there. I get that. What I can't understand though is why we're playing an old man who doesn't even look like he's part of the same unit on the field. I mean, Keo will make mistakes but at least he'll participate. Reed just offers nothing at this stage of his career.
I don't think we're done flipping our roster over yet.
On the bright side Keenum is fantastic. Really liked what I saw out of him tonight. Can't complain about any of it. Great second game. It's a completely different offense when he's in there. Keenum throwing to AJ, Hopkins, and Posey is the real thing. Our running game was again at a disadvantage with Foster doing his disappearing act (who didn't see that coming?) but they still did good. Should have activated Tate, Johnson, and one of the other guys instead. Foster needs time to get his body right. Two weeks wasn't going to get it done.
Fitz makes bad decisions. That's not going to change.
