The inversion/dorsiflexion injury can result in extending Lisfranc foot and ankle ligament injuries. And I still do not rule out the peroneal tendon subluxation, as some will treat them misguidely with an ankle brace or walking boot. This conservative management approach in athletes (i.e.: ankle brace, cast or walking boot) is associated with a low success rate and will commonly require operative repair.

Funny how Schaub is dressed for winter. I would be surprised if Schaub was not wearing at least a heavy fixed ankle brace under those sweats. Playing on Sunday?........put a fork in it.
Can that be season ending?
