I understand the whole "Great QBs overcome" platitude but that's just that--a platitude. You can't be a great QB unless you have fantastic protection. Just like the whole "great teams overcome bad officiating" utopian garbage. No, sometimes bad calls are bad calls and those calls are detrimental and devastating to your attempt to win the game.
We won. If we sort out the line issues, Schaub will be fine and the team will be fine. If we don't, Schaub won't be fine and the team won't be fine. There's a reason the whole "the game is won in the trenches" thing is a thing. It's because it's true.
