When a big player's foot is planted on the ground and immobilized by another player stepping on it, you worry about the weight of the big body simultaneously falling to the side (without the foot being able to come with it) and tearing not only the ligament(s), but also fracturing off attached bone. Hopefully, Muir's foot was released before he faltered. Being "helped" off the field and then carted off makes it more likely that he has suffered a significant ligament tear, plus or minus an accompany fracture. The Texans will know after an x-ray and MRI.
