One thing Texans don't do that I think they should is team stretching. They put that on the player to do beforehand, which invites a quick injury/pull imo.
I remember hearing the Texans strength and conditioning coach on 610 a couple of weeks ago, and Vandermeer asked him about this. He pretty much said that each player has his own stretching program. They all have all the resources at their disposal, including personal trainers to assist them with stretching. I'm assuming that each player gets a stretching routine designed for them with the help of the Texans personnel, and it's not just up to them to do it on their own.
