One thing that helps BB is that the team leaders are singing from the same hymnal as the coach. Brady, Wilfolk, Many are keeping the locker room with that mindset. If you saw the NFL channel Football Life stuff on BB you wold see that is how he views things behind closed doors.

NFL coaches know how difficult it is to win in the NFL and don't take opponents lightly.
