NFL letterman jackets are stupid
and are stupider the more they look like actual letterman jackets.
Why? Because pros are not jocks. They're hired mercenaries paid millions to bash in the face of the tattooed neanderthal across the line. They don't play for alma matter. They don't play for tradition. They don't play to join the long line of greats before them. They don't play for their sweetheart. And most of all they don't play for the name on the front of the jersey...they play for money.
Yes, but think about who came up with the idea. Connor Barwin. The dude has disappeared in his contract year. Playing for money is anti-hipster.
