My complaint about Harris has been consistent - if you draft a guy in the 2nd round, he needs to see the field from the first game of his rookie season. Maybe he plays ST, maybe he only plays dime ... whatever. But he needs to play. If the team didn't trust him enough to do that, then they wasted a 2nd round pick. That doesn't mean he can't develop over time, but those are the types of picks you take in the 4th and later rounds. Your first three rounds should be spent on guys that can contribute somehow in their first season.
