Oh, I don't discount his athletic ability.
I did say that he has a chance to be a starter in the NFL if he keeps working at it and improve.

I just don't think he has the upside to be a top ten QB.

His ceiling, IMO, is an average NFL QB.
On the other hand, he may never become a starter.
