Default QB help

Let's say you are a QB that wants to be a stArter in this league. You made it this far, but you're on the practice squad or a back up.

If you want to improve, do you think their are any avenues outside you can explore in the off season to help you get what you need to be a stArter?

Are you stuck behind Marc Sanchez or Joe Flacco?

With the premium on elite QBs out there you'd think there is something out there right?
