Actually he was improving all along. He just started at a ridiculous low level (because he had to be a #1 corner right away without a pass rush or real safety help on a historically bad defense) and after that people were just waiting for him making mistakes. His second season was leap and bounds better than his first - and he improved a lot this year as well. It takes time for cornerbacks to arrive in this league, that's what we've been saying about KJ all along. And the good thing is: he is still improving. He might be a true #1 CB next year...
