True, the kickoff returner is less important now. Holliday would need to prove that he can do something on punt returns.
I still have no doubt that Holliday could be a top 5 in the league kick returner. He has not really had a chance. He was hurt all last pre-season. He just needs to get healthy and get the chance to field 5 or 6 kickoffs and see what he can do.
He will have to absolutely show that he can handle punt return duties too though to justify giving him a spot.
I just didn't like the comparison to Jacoby. Two different types of speed. One is a fast NFL player, the other is a borderline world class sprinter.
