It will be interesting to see how the Texans handle this off-season. The trade up for Julio really did not help the Falcons this year, but going foward WR is now a strength and they have to fill smaller holes here and there.
The Texans really have not invested in offensive skill positions high in the draft (tate a 2nd) during Smithiak. Do they try to fill depth or make a move like you are talking about?
