The old rules were that you could only cook your meat ahead of time, and had to cook it all onsite.
But Kathryn told me at the last game that you could cook the chili ahead of time. I'd think you'd want to do that especially for this game...with New Year's Eve being Saturday, who knows when folks are actually going to show up on Sunday.
