All he has to do is just do it. He obviously knows what he has to do and what went wrong. I hope the guy stays the course and has a good rest of his life. If he doesn't get a shot at another NFL job then so be it.
He's 32 years old so maybe someone will give him a look. That would be nice and if he could make the team and play another season or two then cool, call it gravy and a chance to end his career on a positive note. If it doesn't happen though it's unimportant so long as he has his head on straight the rest of the way out.
