I used the franchise numbers because Ogunleye seems to be making a bid for franchise type money. If he had any flexibility, something might be worked out and you would think the Colts might be interested in getting something this year rather than nothing next year. Even though Indy is trying to make a SB run this year, I could see them deciding upgrading the defense is more important to that effort than maintaining a running game that wasn't even as effective as the Texans' was last year anyway. Still wouldn't give it more than a 5% shot at happening.
