Also, if the CBA lags too much and they can't work a deal before February 2011, none of the underclassmen will elect to go to the draft. IF that happened, and that's a big IF, the draft would be very slim pickings.
This is why I'm for trading 2011 draft picks for 2011 draft picks.
This and the fact that this years draft has 1st rd. talent that will fall to the 2nd rd.
This years draft is one of the deepest in years.
Another benefit is trading will help save on the Salary cap in 2011. Because you wont have to pay 1st rd $ to a draft pick. This should set the Team up well when a CBA is reached in 2011 and play resumes in 2012.
