The Texans need to open up the checkbook. If Kubes is to keep his job. Smithiak needs to be agressive and think outside the box this offseason.

With the Texans being the 6th wealthiest franchise and this being an uncapped year. This is the year to go out and sign the best FA's in the market. McNair certianly has the the money to make any moves he wishes to make.
