Because the point is trying to replicate a REAL draft.

True. Slaton makes this less of a need but that was a true statement.

1. "None of us ever heard of" Mario Williams until the year of or before the draft- bad excuse by CrazyFanThatPickedWells.
2. DJ Moore has been a steady riser, but if he's a reach... don't pick him.
3. Brian Cushing would instantly start at SLB on this team, who would start ahead of him, Diles? I have high hopes for his recovery but I believe Cushing would be more game ready than Diles at Week1. Not worth a 1st round/steroid allegations? Fair to me, there are a lot of ?'s about Cushing, including his injury history.

So do your part to make it as realistic as possible.

Aaannndd this has to do with selecting a 1st round running back how?

Very good point and that very well could be the case... but does that necessarily mean we avoid adding more talent to a squad that does need it?

Wells has had ankle and wrist injuries during his Jr. year. Main injury was his toe injury that got him carted off the field and missed games, also has had hamstring issues.

Another "stat" junkie. Maybe he should get his stats right even if he's going to use that arguement for transitioning into the pros... which i'm against.
Wells: 1,197 yards and 8 TDs
Moreno: 1,400 yards and 16 TDs

Do we want to add their receiving yards too?
Wells: 47 yards and 0 TDs
Moreno: 392 yards and 2 TDs

Maybe Colt McCoy should have declared. He had better stats than Matt Stafford so Colt easily would have been selected before him!!
