i vote kubiak b/c he's the coach with absolute power to change richard smith's philosophy. Instead, he's let smith play this passive defense for 3 years which tells me that it was likely his to begin with. Furthermore, if he had a more established D-coordinator...say a monte kiffin, he probably wouldn't even have a hand in the defense b/c they know what their doing....unlike smith.
