i'm no longer ok with average.

I'm ready for a new quarterback. Who should I be looking at in the first or second round?

My 2 favorites are

1. Tyler Bray
2. Zac Dysert

Other than Bridgewater who are other QB's that are better than this yrs QB's?

I'm a dysert fan. He needs some refining for sure, but he's fun to watch because he makes plays..

Just curious, is McCarron going to come out and if so is he pro prospect of any note or just another college QB who doesn't have an NFL game?

I happen to like him because Saban runs a Pro style offense. It doesn't appear they have dumbed it down for him either.

With all of those needs it is hard to believe the Texans were 12-4. Gary did his best HC job since he's been here.

No seriuosly, I agree with you on the needs thingy. Although I rate RT as a higher need than OG.

I want more QB prospect names steelbtexan. Can you and other draft experts to come up with a thread strictly focus on QB? Thanks in advance.

There's already a thread like that, started a couple weeks ago.

I agree. Dresseen left a huge hole, I don't care what anyone says Wade Smith only "looked good" b/c between Myers & Brown, right side was just poor, Keyshawn popped & faded early, and Matt still has cement shoes.

On D, our LB corps was weak or underperformed or injured. We're still not deep enough at DB. KJ & JJo swapped places. Danieal Manning played poorly last quarter of season & playoffs (outside of KR).

Special teams were disastrous, outside of K & P.

First rounders: Tyler Wilson
Late First Early Second: Mike Glennon
Second Rounders: Ryan Nassib and Zach Dysert

Next year's probably a better year for QBs though.

Teddy Bridgewater, Tajh Boyd, Aaron Murray, AJ McCarron.

Thanks. Has the date to declare for the draft passed?
