Now, onto the Patriots record, specifically...

After their FIRST superbowl loss in 2007.. they miss the playoffs the next season, got blown out by the Ravens in the wild card round the next year, and then loss to the Jets in the divisional round the year after.

Both first games of their post-season.

Both games in FOXBORO.

It's also worthy to note, the Pats owned the Ravens on a regular basis, and they beat the Jets 45-3 before losing in the playoffs to them.

That 2009 game against the Ravens where they went up by 21 in the first quarter is the only thing the Ravens got to hang their hat on in that rivalry.

Let's hope history favors us!
