Re: Turkey Week Injury Report
I read on HoustonTexans.com that Sharpston took a lot of reps in practice yesterday (per Kubiak - but it may have been non-contact reps.)
Still, I think it's a good sign. |

But you have to expect some rust from a guy who hasn't play for a long while. |

So, I wonder if Ben Tate is gonna make it back before his contract year? Good thing we signed Forsett and brought Grimes back.

Now that I think of it, no chance he'd stay healthy. Hope we can get a 4th for him at this point. |
Re: Turkey Week Injury Report
It's gonna end up Tate being injured and not playing two out of three years. That's WAY to long to wait on someone. I'm past the point of mere impatience with Tate, I'm now pissed.

No telling if their LT will play. The receiver Titus Young was suspended. Most likely they will be without both starting safeties. Their DT Williams might not play. Schaub may have another field day. I think one of their CBs might be out also. |

A Kubiak tease more for the distraction of the Lions game planning?

Re: Turkey Week Injury Report
Despite CJ's very nice production, he has been dealing with an ongoing knee problems. Being the Lions' only true WR producer/threat, it is interesting to note that he has for the most part had significant yds on relatively small number of catches.
Furthermore, more importantly IMO is that he has fumbled and lost the ball in each of the last 2 games. What has gone under the radar is the recently revealed controversial "concussion" incident that he suffered during the 4th game of the season. Three weeks ago, he showed up on the Lions Injury Report with nerve damage to both arms........which could only be due to a neck injury. If indeed this is the case, it would not be unexpected that the consequence of poor ability to grip the ball becomes more and more of a progressive problem with each violent hit. |
Re: Turkey Week Injury Report
Tate will come in and stand next to Schaub in the victory formation and watch him kneel down 3 times to end the game. :texflag:
