posey.. had circumstances.. even though suspended, he continued to practice, continued to be a team leader, etc etc

looked at player wasn't a repeat offender. they will look at guys with history

kubiak.. said he was forthright , continued to practice,continued to prep , has his degree, played in all star game
Andre came by and talked to him and had lunch with him

add to that Posey kpet practicing, stayed up with is academics and graduated. Sounds like he really impressed in the interview room.

they didn't trade jacoby, it doesn't signal the end of him

bringing in competition and compete.

Glad to hear they tought about moving up to get Whitney and decided to stay put and got him anyway
