All about the Depth.

texansfan88 03-09-2005 03:57 PM

I'm glad Mr. Decleater is back

texasguy346 03-09-2005 04:00 PM

Yeah I'm glad to see him back too. He was very versatile for us last season, and he improves our depth at S.

Meloy 03-09-2005 04:02 PM

Does this mean we are set at corner? Looks to me more & more that Texans will trade down. I expect most we would be interested in will be gone.

ThaShark316 03-09-2005 04:02 PM

Good signings (or re-signings..w/e :heh: )

Agreeing to terms is not the same as signing.

Kosar SideArmor 03-09-2005 04:13 PM

Anyone else have any info? As a Browns fan, I thought he was ours, but now I'm seeing he signed in Houston? I sure hope not, as I love the guy, he is very underrated, and has just been hurt by injuries.

JustBonee 03-09-2005 04:13 PM

Double identity? :hmmm:
He'll get worn out when the Texans and Browns play each other!
After re-reading the Cleveland article, sounds like he slipped away from them.

Davis, Coleman, Sanders sign deals

The Browns took major strides Tuesday in addressing their efforts to beef up the interior of their offensive line and convert to a “3-4” defensive scheme.

Linebacker Andra Davis signed the club’s one-year tender offer, the Browns inked unrestricted free-agent offensive guard Cosey Coleman to a two-year deal and they re-signed cornerback Lewis Sanders.

When he’s been able to stay healthy, Sanders has been productive since being drafted in the fourth round in 2000. And he was able to stay on the field more in 2004 than ever before, starting five games and intercepting two passes.

Bringing Sanders back was important after Anthony Henry signed with Dallas in free agency last week. Crennel said Sanders could play corner or safety, but probably would begin the offseason at corner.

look man, go to houstontexans.com and it's on there too...lol nothing else I can really say at this point

Vinny 03-09-2005 04:20 PM

Looks like he got double-dipped.

BuffSoldier 03-09-2005 04:20 PM

Well im just gonna wait for an update cause this is just confusing.

You guys got a very underrated corner.

Alex 03-09-2005 04:22 PM

It was very strange ... :hmmm:

Maybe the title is change but the text is always the same.

texasguy346 03-09-2005 04:25 PM

Looks like Crennel is doing a good job of fixing his interior OLine. Andruzzi and Coleman. They were trying to shop Faine because he wasn't able to keep his weight and power up.
