For those that inquired on the Bourbon Chicken

HERE is where I got the 2-part Marinade & basting sauce from. I ordered the "Value Pack".

The pounds of chicken estimates look right on the money, as I used 1/2 of one bottle of the marinade / basting sauce and did almost exactly 5 lbs of chicken with it.

It will be making a comeback at a future tailgate near you! :good::chef::roast:

The real question is how do you keep those lushes away from the booze? The chicken has the well established reputation of being the irishman of the animal kingdom, in addition to its ill-deserved reputation of stealing anything thats not bolted down, aka the gypsy.

Thus, the moniker of the "Flightless Irish Gypsy" in reference to the chicken is in fact a false one, in that it is only half-true.

Yeah....
