Re: Texans Draft Luncheon
$40 a seat sounds pretty reasonable. Is anyone else interested?

I think they just got rid of the draft luncheon. They still will be having the team luncheon. I believe it is going to be August 25th. |
Re: Texans Draft Luncheon
Is the TD Club an official organization? I spoke with the guy Neal or something and he wanted me to mail my money to his home address.....or give him my cc number.....
Who are these people?? I would feel more comfortable if it was the Houston Texans or a trackable organization....I may just wait until the one hosted by the Houston Texans. |

They do great work offering scholarships to HS kids, donating equipment to high schools, recognizing local college and pro players, etc. Read the "about us" on their website if you have any concerns about mailing Neal Farmer a check http://www.touchdownclub.org/ Neal has donated a lot of personal time to this organization. I've been to many of their luncheons and dinners and they have always been enjoyable. The HS scholarship night is a 'don't miss.' Here's a clarification I put up last week to the article that Preston posted. It's not the Texans Draft Luncheon - no players, no highlight films, but you still get to listen to Kubiak. They are only expecting about 100 people from what Neal told me:http://www.examiner.com/x-778-Housto...ton-Texans-Day |
