My friend ask me a interesting Q the other day. Would you trade AJ for peter bolware? i said no but would you guys do it  :hmmm:

dmt217 05-13-2004 11:24 AM

Nope. After AJ, The Texans have a solid group of young, but unproven receivers.

El Tejano 05-13-2004 11:25 AM

NEVER!!!! Never EVER EVER!!!!

wags 05-13-2004 11:25 AM

NO WAY. I consider AJ a franchise player along with DC.

STEEL BLUE TEXANS 05-13-2004 11:42 AM

Peter Boulware is now damaged goods. No way id trade AJ to get him.

bckey 05-13-2004 11:50 AM

No way. And forget Ray Lewis.

SBTexans08 05-13-2004 11:53 AM

Was your friend on drugs? :um:

No way, AJ is going to be one of the NFL's top recievers for years to come.

Fiddy 05-13-2004 03:26 PM

Are you serious??!?!?!?!?!?
AJ can become the best WR in the game one day, and part of one of the deadliest combos with Carr. We just paid a bunch for Babin to be our Boulware anyways.

edo783 05-13-2004 03:31 PM

Not even close. AJ all the way.

Blake 05-13-2004 03:32 PM

AJ for Ogden. Yes

How old is Ogden, and what good is a better line with no one like AJ to throw to?

Obviously, I'd say no.

He is only in his 8th year. And you are saying, the best OT in the game isnt worth a second year WR?

wow...

I'd say no too, what good would be an OT if you dont have any weapons on the outside like AJ????

TexanExile 05-13-2004 09:03 PM

Tough one. Standout OTs like Ogden are NOT as common as good WRs, in the draft or otherwise. But the "8th year" thing is a dealbreaker for me considering that AJ's got a lot more time left in the league. If they were closer in age I'd say do it.

texman8 05-13-2004 11:04 PM

Why would Ravens trade Odgen? The key to their running game( Jamal Lewis) is their strong OL.

BuffSoldier 05-14-2004 12:28 AM

Is your friend simple, slow,or stupid? Choose one because to ask that you have to be. No way e trade AJ.

rittenhouserobz 05-14-2004 04:16 AM

Trade AJ? I have to wonder how that thought came to being. I don't mean to be rude, but that is a no-brainer to me. I already own an AJ jersey. :)

texans 05-14-2004 10:16 AM

I should minchen that was before the draft and hes not a big football Fan. He asked we that when i minchend that me need a good OLB. :coffee:

TheOgre 05-14-2004 10:47 AM
