Just saw the thread your father made. I want to send greetings & thanks from Canada. We're about 2 hours from Syracuse; I'm hoping to take my son (he's 9) to a football game there soon. There is nothing more noble than what you are about to do. There is also nothing more rewarding. The first time you're not in uniform and you're back home and someone looks you in the eyes and asks you... "You're in the military, aren't you?" you'll understand just how different you are.
