McGee has it. He was a great passer coming out of high school, but Coach Fran ran his arm into the ground. He's had 2 surgeries on his shoulder IIRC, which hurts his stock considerably, but he is a football player first and a quarterback second. He always plays with fire, and is an incredible leader on the field. Give him time to develop and learn an actual pro-style offense, I think he will become a good player in the NFL. He has all the measureables, it's just a matter if he can take that next mental step and develop into a smart QB. Three years from now, when people realize that Romo is not very good, he's gonna get his shot and he's gonna do well. Hope this helps. Gig'em Texans
