ESPN is reporting that he is being hired to be the assistant head coach. Probably will be the successor of Munchak if things don't work out next season.

Williams is a perfect fit for Bud since they are of the same mold.

I would say that this picture captures him perfectly, but the possum on his head is covering up the horns.
