Former Texans player and current Houston Texans Ambassador JJ Moses will be a part of the KSBJ Morning Show on Mondays bringing listeners a weekly Texans update.

JJ and I serve together as Ushers at Lakewood Church. He is one of the nicest, most genuinely caring people you will ever meet. Check him out if you get the chance.

I told him about your screen name on here. He was shocked that someone felt that way about him I think.

Tell him GP was sad the day we learned he wasn't coming back. He never muffed punts...and he always got us positive yards.

Seriously was a bright spot during an otherwise dark era for us.

The first couple of years when i stayed close enough to have season tickets, there was a group of fans who started a Moses...Moses chant every kick no matter the game situation. I was in 610ish section so I have no idea if he could regularly hear it. he had plenty of fans during his time here.

My favorite JJ Moses pic, used to roll it as an avatar at the old boards.

I always loved JJ!! While he wasn't necessarily a threat to go the distance, he was sure handed and never put the Texans in bad situations *AHEM* like another JJ I know.

I remember that. We would do it in the bullpen, too. J.J........MOSES......J.J......MOSES!

JJ Moses was my favorite player, and is still among my favorite all-time Texans. I remember when Facebook was still fairly new, I was a member of a Texans Fan group which allowed members to pick their favorite player and they would list us as a moderator under that name. Owen Daniels was taken, so I picked JJ Moses even though he was long gone.

My cousin was a huge fan, too. When we got our first customized jerseys back in 2007, she picked #84 because of him.
