She's 18. Other than picking a bad spot (back seat of SUV), what's the problem?

If it were me, I'd be getting all kinds of high fives at work. :highfive:

You have millions of dollars and all kinds of facilities at your disposal, so what do you do? Treat her like some sort of street hooker. Take her home man, take her home.

If the individual is willing to make out in the backseat, perhaps somewhere else is more suitable for more privacy, but never home!

Dude, when you get the fever for the flavor, it doesn't matter where you are. I can honestly say that I've been there and done that... :goodbad: a few times. The only thing is, I was never caught by the cops.

Hey, at least she's 18. Dude! Could you imagine what would have happened if she wasn't 18? The guy would have been crucified on live TV. But other than that, get your's Calico!! :headbang:
It's not like he forced her. I'm sure she was willing.

Its not really that bad, she's over the legal limit and was probably willing. Calico isn't exactly a 10 year veteran in the league so he is young and not as big of an age difference. Let the man get some

Yeah, I'm pretty ashamed of the guy. I mean, all that money he makes he could at least spring for the limo tint for the back and rear windows. GOSH!

OK, female opinion here!! She's of legal age, he's not that much older, this stuff happens all the time all over America. He was just stupid enough to get caught. If this happened to Joe Smurf, middle class America, nothing would ever be said, or done. IMO, leave them alone!!

Yeah, it IS horrible for the NFL's image. They should have rented a house near the stadium where all the players could bring their extra-marital partners and drug friends for after-practice partying in private.

Wait, they did that in Dallas already? My bad.

Titans | Charge Against Calico Thrown Out
Thu, 21 Jul 2005 11:14:11 -0700

The Associated Press reports a charge of public indecency against Tennessee Titans WR Tyrone Calico was thrown out in court Thursday, July 21, in Nashville. A judge decided not to send the case to the grand jury after a policeman testified he saw Calico and a woman putting on their clothes on in the back seat of an SUV. Calico's attorney said the officer would have had difficulty seeing into the SUV, since the vehicle was taller than the patrol car and had tinted windows.

well of course no one saw anything. If it was me and you, the patrol car would have been the right height to look into the suv. But it's a somebody in this country, so they will say what they have to, to get that individual cleared. Robert Durst, O.J Simpson, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jackson..

Rae Carruth didn't even get charged with capitol murder, but guilty on other things.

heh.. but you must agree that this country's judicial system is screwed up if O.J. can get away with murder, Kobe away with rape, and Jackson away with child molestation because they have a good lawyer. No matter how good a lawyer is if the facts are there then nothing else matters.

No matter how good a lawyer is if the facts are there then nothing else matters.

That's where the better legal team comes in. Facts can be disputed pretty easily if you have the resources to do it. Witnesses' characters can become questionable if you can afford to hire private investigators to dig up their dirty laundry. Physical evidence can be disputed if you can afford the experts that provide and alternative viewpoint or prove the state made a mistake somewhere along the way of collecting, cataloging, storing, etc. said evidence. Couple all this with an attorney who's one of, if not, the best at creating doubt in jurors minds and you have a formidable legal defense team. What's all this got in common? It all costs lots of $$$. The more you have to spend the better defense you can purchase, and the better your chances of getting off light becomes.

We're drifting way off topic here though.
