If Peyton does sign there it will be big time trouble for the NFC because the 49ers have a defense that the Colts never had. That offense may have better weapons too because of the good running game and the signing of Manningham to go with Vernon Davis, Randy Moss and Michael Crabtree. Thats some scary s**t.

Looks like it'll be a Texans vs. 49ers Super Bowl. Good signing by them since Crabtree has been a minor disappointment for them so far.

Maybe he wasn't getting the offers he thought he was worth and wanted a little extra time to prove himself and hit FA again soon??

Finally get Manning out of the division only to face him in the Super Bowl? That would be interesting and a great way to exorcise some demons.
