Saints retain Colston 5yr -$40 mill.

Stevie Johnson got paid , as did Pierre Garcon(EDIT: HE REJECTED COLTS OFFER> OOPS).

Could we have still have a shot at a big name FA WR?

I don't see the Texans re-signing Mario Williams, but I won't be surprised if they did sign a good free agent such as Vincent Jackson.

Meachem's visiting the Bills with Mario tonight. Pierre Garcon's in negotiations with the Skins. Finnegan's visiting the Rams

No chance. We're cutting starting O-Lineman just to make the cap. Not a chance we pay up for another #1 across from Andre.

We will not enter the FA WR market, I guarantee it. They all get overpaid in FA and we cannot afford it. Draft a WR and go into next year with Andre, Walter, Jacoby, rookie, Jean, and Maehl. Not ideal, but we have a ton of needs elsewhere.

That's a bit shocking considering the Colts are rebuilding.

So much for the entire NFL analyst universe predicting the Dolphins are going to land Manning, Wayne, Clark, and the equipment manager too.

NFLN's guys were droning on and on about that just 20 minutes ago. They all said they could see the former Colts joining hands and walking to Miami to create a super team down there. LOL! Wrong-o!

Fantasy Guru.com is saying the Chargers have reached a 4 year deal with former Saints WR Robert Meachem.

I know we probably didn't have the money, but I sure would have liked to get Jackson on the Texans.

Yeah, him and AJ would've been great. Just hopeful we can cut Jacoby and pick a WR in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd round to be our #2.

In other news: Jacksonville reached agreement with former Dallas free-agent wide receiver Laurent Robinson on a five-year, $32.5 million deal.

It's the primary reason all these guys aren't to be taken seriously.. Shefter's The only guy i even remotely pay attention to when it comes to stuff like this.

LaCanfora talking about we only have 600,000 in cap money.....appears to be wrong

Lombardi....he's just a dumbass

Top WRs left in FA: 1) Manningham 2) Braylon Edwards 3) Early Doucet 4) Ted Ginn 5) Plax 6) Roscoe Parrish 7) Jerome Simpson 8) Cotchery.

Not really very intriguing choices left. Ted Ginn may be someone worth looking at for the Texans, and maybe Plax for his red zone ability, but i wouldn't want to overpay any of them.
