regardless of what he does 98% of the time, there is still the 2% chance he will return one, For some reason in situations where we need good field position he generally delivers, may not score a TD but seems to get us close our past mid filed. I would rather have Jacoby returning punts than anyone else on the roster.

Field position is crucial, especially with our style of play this year. Starting at the 30 instead of the 20 will make a HUGE difference for this team compared to previous Texans teams. I'll take any advantage Manning can give us.
