Black Monday has begun.

Steve Spag has had multiple injuries to his young QB over the last two seasons, and then they haven't been able to add any real skill players to help him out when he was healthy either. I'd have given Spag another season.

I wonder who was actually running that offense, Spags or McDaniels?

Appeared to me it was Josh, and the play calling was horrible. I'd fire him.

I can't believe Raheem Morris actually made it through the season. I think the team quit on him after we slaughtered them back in November. Lost 8 straight games and almost all of them were blowouts.

I feel bad for Morris. I think he's a good guy and might very well be a decent coach. I was impressed when he personally visited Sean Payton after he was injured on the sidelines in Tampa earlier in the season.

Unfortunately, he's saddled with some pretty ****ty divas and troublemakers on the team who don't strike me as having the Bucs' best interest at heart.

There were countless times on the sidelines when Freeman and Winslow were jawing at each other - at one point, I think they had to be separated. Blount is a headcase with a short temper. Talib was lucky to see the field after his felonious activity, imo. I think a few players played a big role in that team's dysfunction.

And I don't know, honestly, how much of that can be pinned on Morris. While I don't think he's blameless, I have trouble envisioning another coach coming in and having success while some of these guys are running/ruining things.

I'm also not sure that Glazer runs the front office all that well, either. They have a lot of room under the cap, but the personnel changes - to really improve the team - were pretty underwhelming. I know fans are pretty pissed and frustrated about that aspect of the FO.

It will be interesting to see how they fill this position and try to fix those aspects of the organization going forward.

Having a good, young QB makes the Rams attractive to the elite coaching candidates.

As for the Bucs, I bet they are still trying to figure out why they fired Cucky a few years back

They were averaging like 11 points a game. I'd bet it was Josh McDaniels...

Wasn't the Dolphins head coach fired earlier this season?

Yes this is true and I'm still not sold on Bradford, he has the tools but he has been banged up on and off since 2007.

I think the Aqib Talib thing ruined him. Dumb.

The Bucs were wayyy overrated, its been mentioned on this board about their luck last season. Also the young vaunted DL never developed and has been injured alot. Their offense is just plain slow, no one to stretch the field to open up lanes.

Norv Turner should be next to get the ax. All that talent they had and nothing to show for it.

Smart, smart moves.

Bears are instantly better and QB healthier.
