Checked StubHub. Seats in sect 130 are going for $300-500. Another ticket site, VividSeats.com (never heard of 'em) say those start at $285 apiece. TicketCity has some in that same section for 340-360 but they are on the upper rows.

With a parking pass included, doesn't sound like he's trying to make too much of a profit.
