Let's just leave it alone. I want to see more long-term success than 10 games of one season before thinking about names and bragging rites. This D gave up 40 points to Brees not too long ago, even if they are getting better with time. I prefer the way this whole team is taking care a bidness and NOT sayin' $^!+.

None of these I'm afraid fall into that catagory.because they are contrived. Good nicknames come after someone does something noteworthy or epic. Epic in a bad way or good way. We called this team all kinds of derogatory names once they were an epic fail on defense...it's just a matter of time before this team starts to get a National identify as a tough defensive unit. If we continue to play well someone will say something at the right time and that something will stick. I don't think the Orange Crush, the Steel Curtain or the Monsters of the Midway were named 10 games into the very first season they had a dominant unit (as a general example).
