Not much on 1st but I like the call.

I'm wondering, where is our vaunted Texans Offense?

Hm, we're kinda missing the best WR in football.

houstonspartan
10-16-2011, 05:30 PM
Ok, time for a screen to OD.

OzzO
10-16-2011, 05:30 PM
ooh - Schaub had a wall run into him on that one.

TheMatrix31

Noooooooo don't blow a timeout here. We're gonna need those!

houstonspartan

Noooooooo don't blow a timeout here. We're gonna need those!

That's what I was thinking. Not sure about calling a TO here.

Showtime100

Noooooooo don't blow a timeout here. We're gonna need those!

Yeah, in a perfect world but it beats the alternative. :)

Noooooooo don't blow a timeout here. We're gonna need those!

it's the 4th qtr and 3rd down on their side of the field. If Schaub doesn't like what he sees.....
What's he supposed to do, run a play he thinks won't work??

3rd & 9 OD Time

panamamyers
10-16-2011, 05:32 PM
Always with the five wide set on 3rd down. Why?
Schaub gets a little pressure and folds like a cheap suit.

houstonspartan

3rd & 9 OD Time

Yup. A short screen to OD is long over due.

OzzO

Sorry - but that's a silly chant

amazing80

Not sure why we needed to use the TO, he had 6 seconds on the play clock and everyone was lined up.....BIG time third down play

Ranger Tom
10-16-2011, 05:33 PM
Are there multiple people holding "Reed fence" signs or does the camera just stay on that one section of the crowd?

This series determines the game. Well kind of. If we let the Ravens score we are going to have a tough time winning this one.

10-16-2011, 05:35 PM
Hmm. Perhaps it's time to accept that, despite being one hell of a RB, Foster isn't much of a receiver.

Cjeremy635

This team no where near as good as we thought they were. Who the "F" have we beat this year? We beat a shitty Colts team, crappy Dolphins team, and a pretty good Steelers team. So, we beat one good team out of the 4 we've played. That's about right on par with out sucktitude. I haven't been in the "fire Kubiak group", but I'm heading in that direction....and fast. There is no excuse for us choking the way we do. It's his fault, he's the HC. There's also no excuse for our 2nd half woes either. It's even more painful this year because we have a defense that is leaps & bounds better than previous years and this is when our offense takes a nose dive. Go figure!

You're right. We're NOT a good team. We're a team learning how to be one. When you lose the best WR in football, and everything changes with the D stacking the box and such, it is NOT unexpected for an offense to perform this poorly. I mean this with respect and it goes for anybody who think Kubes should still be here AFTER this season (because we signed him for now, he is the coach, the bed is made).

You [apparently] just don't see the game-in, game-out mistakes he makes and for that it is impossible to explain how it's such a big problem. This isn't a new thing that started with the latest loss. He screws up and you just sit there and wonder where this guy came from sometimes.

At this point I'll go on record as saying if you think Kubiak is not a big problem you just don't know WTF you are talking about. Sorry.

The Kubiak apologist is getting tired and outnumbered, and less respected.

You obviously don't read my posts that closely. I watch the game-in, game-out mistakes he makes and for the third time in like 5 minutes, I'll mention how I've wanted him gone since the 2009 Failure Series ended.

Stop being a dick.
