OU finishes behind Texas every year in recruiting how can their possibly be a talent gap. I just think Stoops is a better coach than Mack Brown.

Even though it's hard for me to do, I find myself rooting for tu and David Ash because he and I both went to Belton High School. But he looks weak against this sooner D.

No. Ash threw the pick-6. Case hasn't thrown an interception yet today. Ash has thrown both of them so far.

He's damn sure been better at getting his guys fired up for this game.

This is what I hate about having a weak non-conference schedule. The first real game we play is always this one.

This is just a case of a young team vs a vet team. The Horns will be better nexy yr. This yr is just a learning experience.

Self Disclosure: I am a Horns fan.

The Longhorns go into this game with no pressure. Nobody is expecting anything of them in this game. Texas has nothing to lose and eveyrthing to gain in this game. If they lose, they were expected to. If they win, they get big time recognition.

The Sooners have ALL the pressure and very little to gain. They are expected to not only win but win big. I think they could come out a little tight.

Prediction: I will predict an upset. Horns win by 3.

I predicted Texas to win and I was wrong. It is time for me to man up and admit I was wrong. OU played very well, played hard, and were careful with the ball. UT gave up 5 turnovers. OU outplayed UT today and deserved the lopsided win.

Depends what the rest of the season is. If UT can get about 8 or 9 wins and a Bowl victory, Brown will be fine. This was supposed to be a down year anyway. Next year though, with a whole year in the Harsin offense, UT will be expected to do something.

I expected to lose today, but I really didn't expect a mudhole-stomping. I really don't expect the Horns to win next week against OSU, either.

However, I think that it'll get better after the OSU game.
