If he would have gone 1st then ya he would've started but he wouldn't have had a mentor, but now in GB he will get to watch Farve and learn from and he can also watch his WRs and how they move and everything. Theres also no pressure on him and he gets paid to sit on the bench! Anyways when Farve does retire Rodgers will be hungry to show he deserved to be 1st and that hunger is what will make Rodgers a great QB in the NFL. I hope hes the started for the Packers next year because guess who GB plays next yr? San Francisco! I smell a monday nighter!

Hey did any one feel like the Raiders had traded up for Rodgers? Man going there would've have ruined his career! If he messed up once, BOOOO!!! If he got to all of his WRs and not just Moss and then Moss would've started whining and all the pressure! Rodgers should be thankful he landed with GB!

Yes, I think he is in a VERY good situation. Cost him a BOATLOAD of money compared to being #1, but he is in a system that suites his skill set, has one of the best ever to learn from and will be backed by probably the best fan base in the NFL. Good for him and good for the Pack.

Dallas should have taken him! They have no QB down the road but GB is a great suitation for him!

Getting his butt kicked by Texas Tech after whining about not making the Rose Bowl was better.
