What does everyone thing about the Anthony "A Train" Thomas being added to our backfield? He might be a good fit as a backup power back here and come fairly cheap. Read somewhere we might be interested in him. What does everyone think?

I'd love to have him here...nice backup for Dominick if he gets hurt...or its 3rd and inches at the opp. 35 yd line. :thumbup

FWIW--Anthony Thomas on 3rd and less than 3 has averaged 2.0 ypc over his career. Domanick Davis has averaged 6.9 ypc (last year was 5.7 ypc).

I'm really hoping we draft Shelton. Oustide of his rookie season, I think Anthony Thomas has looked like a bad NFL Rb.

Don't forget though, he did play in Chicago who last season had no real QB and no real threat at WR and a horrible O line...I would be curious to see how he'd do in the warm weather behind our O line... :hmmm:

Our O line is 100 times better than Chicago's...remember how we held them to 5 points last season...

yea i remember i thought it was just funny and kidna ironic that u said our line like its a top line in the league but no i totally argee with u it is better than the bears
