Well Tony came back & had a decent career..he didn't live up to the monumental hype sports illustrated heaved on him but who could've at that point.

16. Brady Quinn, QB, No. 22 overall pick in 2007 by Cleveland Browns

The Browns traded Quinn for Peyton Hillis and a 6th round pick, so I think Quinn wasn't so bad... At least they got something good for him, so I don't think he's a total bust.
