Do the Texans still require PSLs between the 20s?

A friend of mine said he has an offer to buy season tickets from the Texans, but not a PSL, between the 20s.

I told him he must have read his quote wrong.

Depends how high up you go. And I don't know, it might be that every seat between the 20's has a PSL. All 100 level and 300 level seats have PSL's. I think some where in the 500's seats start becoming season ticket seats.
