Kolb wants out if Vick brought back

“I love it here, as everybody knows,” Kolb said. “My family’s settled in here. I would love to be starting here. But I want to be starting somewhere.”

Kolb was asked if he could handle another season as a backup in Philadelphia.

“I can’t answer that question,” Kolb said.

I don't know that Fud will give up what's neccessary to get him. He could very well go to Carolina for the 33rd pick. Miami may even be willing to give up a first for him. Or Jacksonville. Or Minnesota. Or even Seattle. Buffalo may be a possibility, but I think they are going to give Fitzpatrick another year.
