Must have had a death wish. The currents in the Mississippi river moves radiply on top and much faster down below the water level. If the current didn't get him the alligators will.

I'm confused on ths tory right now. They cops are now saying they found his shoes and jacket by the river. Is this post-jump...like he got out and got away...or pre-jump like he wanted them off and then jumped. Obviously they called off the search and said he went under and never came back up.
